Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time, in order that the therapist can start your treatment promptly.
We will never compromise on quality and customer satisfaction, so please make sure you allow enough time for your therapist to complete your treatment easily within the allotted time. We will not be able to start or complete your appointment if you arrive late, leaving insufficient time to complete your chosen treatment.
Please allow adequate journey time for attending your appointment on time, as we cannot be held accountable for busy traffic, or difficulty parking.
If you find you are unable to attend your appointment, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice, otherwise you will lose your deposit if we are unable to fill your appointment space. If you have a gift voucher and therefore, have not paid a deposit, you will lose half the value of your gift voucher.
